These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NookStreets platform, including the website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. User Conduct:

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You will not use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
Harassing, threatening, or stalking other users.
Impersonating any person or entity.
Posting or transmitting spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or chain letters.
Engaging in activities that violate intellectual property rights or other legal rights.

3. Intellectual Property:

NookStreets owns all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and logos.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission.

4. Membership and Tribes:

To access all features including Community membership, Nookstreets affiliate program (Nookstreets Tribe), Shopping discount coupons and Cash Back coupons in exchange for Nook affiliate points, in the NookStreets platform, you must create an account.
You can create your own tribe and invite other members to join.

5. Nookstreets Tribe (Affiliate Program):

As a member, you can participate in the NookStreets affiliate program.
To know how the program works visit https://nookstreets.com/the-tribes/.
To join Nookstreets tribe you do not need to buy any of our products or pay any subscription fee.
You will earn Bronze status as soon as you join the program. Nookstreets will award you 50 Nook Affiliate Points on every $100 sale in your tribe.
You will earn Silver Status when you have introduced 30 people to nookstreets tribes. Silver status members will be awarded 100 Nook Affiliate Points on every $100 sale in their tribe.
If you are a Silver Status member of the tribe and decide to make a purchase, you will be awarded Gold status for a month. Gold status members are awarded 200 points for every $100 sale in their tribe.
Nook Affiliate points can be redeemed for Cash Back Shopping Coupons. You get a cash back of $1 for 100 Nook Affiliate Point.

6. Shopping Coupons:

NookStreets may offer various shopping coupons to members.
Coupons can be earned through affiliate points or other promotions.
Coupons have expiration dates and may be subject to certain restrictions.

7. User Content:

You may upload content to the Platform, such as tribe profiles, comments, or images.
By uploading content, you grant NookStreets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights

8. Privacy:

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties:

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NOOKSTREETS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability:

IN NO EVENT SHALL NOOKSTREETS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF NOOKSTREETS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

10. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NookStreets from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination:

NookStreets may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
